How do I log in after buying the package?
Immediately after purchase we email you a password reset link plus your account details. Click the link, set your password, and log in. From your dashboard you can post your ads yourself and feature any of them whenever you want.
Can I get more than one free report?
The package includes one free inspection report. Additional reports can be purchased at the standard price ($25 each) from the Inspection Checkout page.
How long does the report take?
Reports are prepared by our inspection team and delivered within 24 hours. You'll receive an email with the report link and can also track status on your Inspection Reports page.
Do you check boats and bikes too?
Yes. Vehicles use the 17-character number, boats use the 12-character hull number (HIN) printed on the hull, and motorcycles use their 17-character number. The same history checks apply.
What is the "Inspection Verified" badge?
We do not auto-post your ad. Once your report is ready, you log in with the details we email you, post the vehicle as your own listing and add your photos. The ad can then carry the prominent "Inspection Verified" badge and show key report highlights (clean title, no accidents, etc.) — this significantly increases buyer trust and leads.
Do the featured days stack if I have multiple ads?
Yes. You get 1 featured placement, each lasting 7 days. You choose which ads to feature and when — they don't have to be used all at once.
What if I already have a package?
Buying a new package replaces your current one immediately. Your existing listings stay live until their individual expiry dates. The new package's free inspection benefit is available right away.
